For the 7th time, Zurich hosted the specialized gastronomy symposium Chef Alps. The main focus of the event is on inspiration, creativity, and expertise in the kitchen.
With a very rich program, ChefAlps 2019 gathered some of the biggest names on the regional culinary scene. Some of them were Josep Roca from the El Celler de Can Roca, Karime Lopez from the Gucci Osteria de Massimo Bottura, César Troisgros, and Syrco Bakker.
Masterclasses were hosted by the Smith & Smith Wine Company, Cacao Barry with Andres Lara, and Lavazza by Mario Ponti.
